DLSU-D implements the open-admission policy allowing all senior high school graduates and high school graduates of the old basic education curriculum to take any of the undergraduate programs and experience Lasallian education. Admission and placement shall be based on an applicant's DLSU-D Student Admissions Test (DSAT) results and high school academic records. The application shall be done electronically. International credentials, particularly the results of the Scholastic Aptitude Test (SAT), are recognized and accepted by DLSU-Dasmariñas. Only those who meet the following requirements shall be exempted from taking the DSAT: (1) the applicant must have taken the SAT the year before applying to DLSU-D; (2) the applicant must have received a composite score of at least 1,000 in the two sections (Reading and Writing & Mathematics); and (3) the applicant's SHS GPA must be at least 85%.
